About Me

I am currently Visiting Assistant Professor of Mathematics at Swarthmore College. I finished my Ph.D. in 2018 under the direction of Jason Manning. Check me out on the Math Genealogy Project.

My research is in geometric group theory, specifically studying how relatively hyperbolic groups act on CAT(0) cube complexes.

I previously held a postdoc at UIC from 2018-2021 working with Daniel Groves, and from 2021-2022, I was a postdoctoral associate at the University of Pittsburgh working with Jason DeBlois (Pitt) and Jonathan Victor (Weill Cornell Medical College) on a project funded by the Swartz Foundation using hyperbolic geometry to model dynamics of perceptual spaces in Neuroscience.
